I am proud to be representing 765 Laurel Ave in Saint Paul,  a Picturesque Painted Lady, Built circa 1885 & updated for 2018 living, this home is an absolute charmer from the street. Her unimposing facade is unmistakable in the neighborhood and she is ready to be lived in and loved as she was in generations past.

Flooded with natural light the main level flows effortlessly from the generous front room through the dining and kitchen to the office/ living/ 4th bedroom at the rear. With a main level bedroom, 2 further bedrooms on the upper level plus den, completed with a fenced rear yard and a double garage.

This lovely home has all the character of a bygone era with all the updates of 2018 living.
